Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize for the inconvenience. This is covered under warranty. Please provide us with your shipping address, and I can get you an RMA #. You can than send the post back to us and we will replace the unit. Please put this number on the box or inside the box before you ship the post back to us. Any post returned without paperwork or an RMA # is not guaranteed to be returned. There will also be an $18 warranty fee while your post is at our factory. This fee will cover the full rebuild that is required after we completely disassemble and clean your post for proper refurbishment. The rebuild covers multiple parts including all inner plastics as well as cable and housing.
