Software Architect:
Responsibilities:
• Ensures development team is building a product that is highly maintainable, scalable, fault tolerant and performant
• Provide high level guidance and mentoring to the development teams to ensure consistency of technologies used
• Mentors engineering staff to help develop their technical expertise and leadership competencies
• Reviews and assesses impact of proposed scope changes to the future state architecture
• Sets high-level design and technical standards, including coding standards, tools, platforms and frameworks
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of object oriented development practices with an emphasis in the Java technology stack
• Expertise in design patterns, N-tier application architecture, Relational and NoSQL Databases
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training (industry certifications strongly preferred)
• Previous experience in managing projects within an Agile software development environment preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Very good English
Java Team Leader:
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentoring
• Manage the team's processes, procedures, work output and quality
• Transform the business requirements into technical design
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Management experience
• 5+ years of Java programming experience
• Experience architecting and implementing multi-tier server-side applications
• Experience with major Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate and etc.)
• Experience developing and consuming service based application with SOA (Web services, SOAP and/or REST) - advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Very good English
